<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor for efficiently collecting electronic data, and for preventing highly confidential and secure electronic data from being shared with an indefinite number of users. <P>SOLUTION: The information processor 100 determines whether or not electronic data received from an external device 201 through a network 111 are confidential or not.
