Disclosed is a flush-mounted pre-embedded assembly, comprising: a lower main body (10) provided with a cold water inlet channel (11), a hot water inlet channel (12), a mixed water channel (13) and at least one water outlet channel (14); a pre-embedded case (20) comprising a case body (21) and a fixing frame (23) sheathed to the case body (21); and a water gauge (30), the bottom face of which is provided with a first passage (32) and a second passage (34), wherein the lower main body (10) and the water gauge (30) are accommodated in the case body (21), the water gauge (30) covers the lower main body (10) such that the water outlet channel (14), the mixed water channel (13) and the cold water inlet channel (11) or hot water inlet channel (12) communicate. The lower main body (10) is accommodated in the case body (21) separated from cement, making removal and maintenance convenient.
