PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a boulder fixing structure in which a debris fall can be received on an initial stage of sliding while suppressing generation of boulder, and a boulder fixing method.SOLUTION: A boulder fixing structure 100 comprises a net 1 spread over a net spreading range 901 within which a boulder 800 on a slope 900 is present, net lock bolts 2a, 2b, 2c and net bearing plates 3a, 3b, 3c for pressing the net 1 against the slope 900 in a position at a downstream side of the slope rather than the boulder 800 on the slope 900, wire lock bolts 4a, 4b, 4c, 4d which are fixed in four corners of the net spreading range 901 for pressing longitudinal wires 6a, 6b and lateral wires 7a, 7b disposed substantially in a rectangular or in the shape of parallel crosses against the slope 900, wire bearing plates 5a, 5b, 5c, 5d installed in the wire lock bolts 4a, 4b, 4c, 4d and a coupling coil 8 for coupling the net 1, the longitudinal wires 6a, 6b and the lateral wires 7a, 7b. |
