A hard-coating composition is provided to prepare a coating film with high hardness, low shrinkage and excellent flexibility thorough UV curing and thermal curing, and form a hardcoating sheet useful for protecting the display window due to excellent heat resistance, adhesion, and flexibility. A hard-coating composition comprises a siloxane compound 0.1-10 weight%, a polyfunctional acrylate oligomer 1-10 weight%, a multi-functional acrylic monomer 10-40 weight%, a silane coupling agent 0.1-10 weight%, a polymerization initiator 0.02-7 weight% consisting of a photocurable initiator and a thermally curable initiator, and the balance of organic solvent. The multi-functional acrylic monomer is one kind or more selected from urethane acrylate, polyester acrylate, epoxy acrylate, silicon acrylate, acrylic acrylate and melamine acrylate oligomer. |
