A method for manufacturing non-toxic fungicide using a natural material is provided to suppress the breeding of pathogenic bacteria and strengthen the immunity. A method for manufacturing non-toxic fungicide using a natural material comprises: a step of pulverizing plant seed having sterilization activity; a step of steaming the pulverized plant seed to obtain seed extract; a step of maturing the seed extract in a drum containing a charcoal; a step of isolating supernatant from the matured seed extract to obtain a pasture solution; a step of mixing with nano sulfur solution and nano silicon solution, and adding humic acid and chitosan to produce nutrition immune material; a step of mixing the pasture solution and nutrition immune material and adding vitamin to obtain stabilization mixed solution.
