1. A method of fabricating a molded article from a carbon nanotube-ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene composite, the method comprising:
preparing a composite by mixing carbon nanotubes, ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, and a light stabilizer; forming pellets from the composite; preparing a powder from the pellets; and fabricating a molded article using the powder, wherein fabricating the molded article using the powder comprises:
providing the powder to a ram extruder configured to extrude an intermediate mass at about 190° C. to about 220° C. |
