PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric conversion device manufacturing method having an excellent industrial through-put and a photoelectric conversion device manufactured by the same.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a photoelectric conversion device comprises (1) a step of laminating a light-transmitting conductive layer on a light-transmitting substrate, (2) a step of forming a groove in the light-transmitting conductive layer, (3) a step of forming a conductive bus in the groove by coating and heating a composition for forming a conductive bus, (4) a step of laminating an electron transport layer on the light-transmitting conductive layer and the metal wire by coating and heating the composition for forming an electron transport layer, (5) a step of forming a light absorbing layer in and on pores of the electron transport layer by coating a composition for forming a light absorbing layer, and (6) a step of laminating a counter electrode on the light absorbing layer.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
