PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a perovskite solar battery element with high durability.SOLUTION: A solar battery 110 comprises: a substrate 1 having a principal surface; a first collecting electrode 2 arranged on the principal surface; an insulation layer 6 covering a part of the principal surface and a part of the first collecting electrode 2; a light absorption layer 4 which covers at least a part of the first collecting electrode 2 and a part of the insulation layer 6, and includes a perovskite compound expressed by a composition formula ABX(in the formula, A is monovalent cation, B is binovalent cation, and X is halogen anion); and a second collecting electrode 5 which is arranged on the light absorption layer 4 and the insulation layer 6, and is insulated from the first electrode 2 by the insulation layer 6. In a cross section perpendicular to the principal surface, a difference of the height from the principal surface to an upper surface of a part covering a part of the first collecting electrode 2 in the insulation layer 6 and the height from the principal surface to a lower surface of the part covering at least the first collecting electrode 2 in the light absorption layer 4 and not covering the insulation layer 6 becomes 200 nm or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1B |
