PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a selector circuit capable of fast operation by not using an inverted signal of a selection signal.SOLUTION: A first P-channel transistor of which a first input signal is inputted to the gate, and a second P-channel transistor of which a selection signal is inputted to the gate are provided in series between a power supply line and an output node. A first N-channel transistor of which a second input signal is inputted to the gate, and a second N-channel transistor of which the selection signal is inputted to the gate are provided in series between a ground line and the output node. A third P-channel transistor of which the second input signal is inputted to the gate is provided between the gate of the second P-channel transistor and the output node.
