A method for manufacturing distilled liquor using red ginseng is provided to decompress and distillate and produce red ginseng soju which is good for health. A method for manufacturing a distilled liquor using red ginseng comprises: a step of making 95% of alcohol into 19% and 995L of alcohol; a step of adding 15kg of red ginseng in the alcohol; a step of distilling at 48°C to obtain 48% distillation undiluted solution of red ginseng; and a step of adding 477.1L of water and 25.5kg oligosaccharide. |
