THERMAL INSULATING BONDED NON-WOVEN TEXTILE

The solution concerns bonded non-woven fabric (1) useful as thermal insulation especially for clothing purposes. Non-woven fabric (1) is formed by the fibrous layer (3) from staple synthetic fibres. The fibrous layer (3) contains metallised polymer foils. The merit of the solution is the fact that the metallised polymer foil is placed in the layer of bonded non-woven fabric (1) and, contingently, also on its surface in the form of individual and/or continual differently moulded surface structures, which are at least one-sidedly connected with bonded non-woven fabric (1) by binding material. According to the picture No. 1, bonded non-woven fabric (1) is formed by staple polyester fibres, which are connected by acrylate binding material. On one surface of the fibrous layer (3) and parallelly with this surface in the distance of 3, 6 and 9 mm from the surface with gaps of 30 mm the belts (2) with the width of 50 mm made of bilaterally metallised biaxally oriented polyester foil are placed. The belts (2) are aluminised and are unilaterally pointwisely connected with the fibrous layer (3). The solution contains other alternatives of the concept.<IMAGE>
