摘要 A 3D disaster prediction simulation system is provided to enable a user to perceive a disastrous situation more easily by realistically expressing the dangerous factors which are predicted in advance, through the 3D graphic. A simulation processor(200) comprises the followings: a receiving module(210) for receiving information from an observing unit(100); a database(240) for pre-storing various information between an observed region and a disaster-predicted region; a simulation module(231) for calculating the flooded degree and overflowing degree on river of the disaster-predicted region based on the information which is collected through the receiving module and pre-stored information; and display unit(232) for displaying the calculated result in the 3D cubic image type.
