PURPOSE:To realize easy bonding at the mutual bonding between flat plate-like expandable plastic member made of ready-expanded foam molded plastic stock and flat plate-like expandable plastic member, the space part of which is locally omitted, or between flat plate-like expandable plastic members, the space part of each of which is locally omitted. CONSTITUTION:By filling the space part 4 of expandable plastic member with attachment jig 11, the shapes of both the expandable plastic members are turned in flat plate shapes having nearly equal planar forms with not space part 4 to each other. After that, firstly under the condition that the members are apart by the required intervals from a bonding surface heating part 21, the respective expandable plastic members are transferred so as to heat the bonding surface layer faces of both the members up to their fusible temperatures in order to be fused together under pressure by passing both the members between pressurizing rolls. After the fusion, the attachment jig is removed. |
