<p>An integrated circuit, such as a CXA2089(RTM) switch IC, switches video signals in response to a specific type of signal received at designated integrated circuit terminals. A connector connects another type of signal to the terminals, for initiating switching of video signals. The presence of DC levels according to the type of plug inserted is used to sense connection of S-video or standard inputs.</p> |
