PURPOSE: To obtain a flame-retardant resin compsn. excellent in heat resistance, impact resistance, flame retardance, and moldability by compounding a resin mixture comprising an arom. polycarbonate resin and specific polymers with a halogen compd., a specific fluoropolymer, and a specific organophosphorus compd. CONSTITUTION: 100 pts.wt. mixture comprising 5-95wt.% arom. polycarbonate resin, 95-5wt.% rubber-modified stryene-based resin obtd. by polymerizing an arom. vinyl compd. alone or together with another vinyl monomer copolymerizable therewith in the presence of a rubbery polymer. and 0-70wt.% styrene-based resin obtd. by polymerizing an arom. vinyl compd. alone or together with another vinyl monomer copolymerizable therewith is compounded with 2-30 pts.wt. halogen compd. (e.g. a halogenated epoxy oligomer), 0.05-5 pts.wt. tetrafluoroethylene polymer having an average particle size of 0.1-700μm and a density of 2-2.3g/cm<3> , and 0-20 pts.wt. organophosphorus compd. represented by the formula (wherein R1 to R3 are each a 1-6C alkyl group or an optionally alkylated 6-20C aryl group; and n1 to n3 are each 0 or 1).
