PURPOSE:To make a wire diameter fine, to make a pitch fine, to make an aspect ratio high and to enhance such electric characteristics as a noise-resistant property, a cross talk-resistant property and the like. CONSTITUTION:The title is constituted of the following: a plurality,of micropins having a desired diameter; electrically insulating coatings 2 which surround the respective micropins 1 and which have a desired thickness; and conductive bonding parts 4 which tie the electrically insulating coatings 2 and which arrange and fix the micropins 1 at a desired pitch. |
