摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a photoconductor exhibiting optical characteristics as designed by molding it by using a mold having a specific pattern for partitioning many miniaturized parts made of fine projection-recess shape on a rear surface and corresponding parts roughed by electric-discharge machining. SOLUTION: Projection parts 2a are formed in number of roughed parts at positions corresponding to miniaturized parts for constituting a specific pattern of a diffuse reflecting surface having the specific pattern on an electrode 2. A mold 1 and the electrode 2 are oppositely disposed, electric-discharge machining is executed, only parts opposed to the parts 2a of the electrode 2 of a surface 2a of the mold 1 are machined to form the pattern. The miniaturized parts of the pattern become roughed surface formed with extremely fine projection-recess shape by the electric-discharge machining. When the photoconductor is molded by an injection molding process by using the mold 1 formed in this manner, the pattern for partitioning many miniaturized parts made of fine projection-recess shape can be formed on the surface.
