<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent adhesion of impurities such as slime, etc., by forming at least the heat radiation face part of a heat-generating means to include a metal having germicidal power. SOLUTION: A heat-generating temperature sensor 20 is embedded inside a conduit body 10 except a heat radiation face part 21a coming in touch with cold and hot water. Similar to the heat-generating temperature sensor 20, a temperature sensor 30 alike is embedded inside the conduit body 10 except a detection face part 31a coming in touch with cold and hot water. The heat- generating temperature sensor 20 and the temperature sensor 30 are formed of germicidal metal, e.g. Ag, Cu, TiO, etc. Germicidal properties can be obtained at the heat radiation face part 21a and detraction face part 31a simply by the selection of a material. Adhesion and propagation of microbes at the heat radiation face part 21a and detection face part 31a in touch width cold and hot water are suppressed, and adhesion of slime, etc., is primarily prevented. Accordingly, deterioration of a gain and a response speed at a flowmeter caused by impurities such as slime, etc., can be prevented.</p> |
