<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with a large expensive installation and conduct vulcanization adherence with a small surface pressure at low cost by interposing a surface pressure correction unvulcanized rubber of a specific curelastometer value between the vulcanization rubber and a hot plate of heat press with respect to vulcanization rubbers to be adhered. SOLUTION: Upon executing compression heating by the hot plates 4, 5 of a heat press via an adherence unvulcanized rubber sheet 3 put between respective vulcanization rubber members 1, 2, compression heating is conducted by interposing a face pressure correction unvalcanized rubber sheet 6 held between the hot plate 4 and the vulcanization rubber member 1. The face pressure correction unvulcanized rubber sheet 6 used herein is one having fmax : 10-25 kgf.cm at a curelastometer of fmin : 1.0-2.0 kgf.cm. If the fmin is small as being 1.0-2.0 kgf.cm, the conformity of configuration is good, and if the fmax is large as being 10-25kg f.cm, the uniform conductivity of heat press pressure is excellent, and when these values are satisfied, an adherence can be done satisfactorily even in a small face pressure.</p> |
