PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spacer into which resin can be injected, without inspection-testing and evacuating a vessel. SOLUTION: In a method for manufacturing a spacer in which a vessel 2 made of hermetically jointed thin plates is inserted into a gap between members to be fixed, and is expanded to fill a gap of arbitrary size by injecting resin into the vessel 2 in a vacuum state, a mouthpiece 7 is provided on the resin- injecting port of the case 2 and has a tight stopper 8 made of a metal having a low-melting point or resin melted at a low temperature therein, and the case 2 is made and kept in a vacuum state. |
