PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a bent pipe at a low cost. SOLUTION: In order to manufacture a bent pipe 10, a triangular cutout part having a specified expansion angle with a vertex 14 positioned at an inner surface 13 of a peripheral wall 12 of tubing 11 is formed, and tubing parts on both sides of the cutout part are bent in a mutually approaching manner with a point 18 near the vertex 14 as the center to weld an edge part 16 and an edge part 17 of the triangular cutout part.
