PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wall face design for retaining wall blocks by eliminating a monotonous design of only a stone fence and forming a wall face by combining the stone fence design in an imitation stone-like partition part with a planar part and designing the wall face by making use of stains on the surface while turning one's intention to the stains which have been a problem heretofore. SOLUTION: A stone fence design part 2 formed by a plurality of imitation stone-like partitions 21 divided by joint grooves 20 and a planar part 3 continuously formed on the bottom face of the joint grooves 20 are formed on the wall face. A part of the whole surface where the surface of the planar part 3 is added to the surface of the imitation stone-like partitions 21 constituting the stone fence design part 2 is formed as an antifouling face 4 where the fair-faced concrete is treated with an antifouling process and also other parts are left, as a fair-faced concrete face as it is.
