METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING MATTRESS FRAME OF HEALTH BED USING MOLD

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a mattress frame of a health bed using a mold is provided to simplify the process of manufacturing by eliminating a connection step, thereby reducing the cost of labor. CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing a mattress frame of a health bed using a mold is comprised of the steps for manufacturing a heating panel by attaching a hot wire to an aluminum plate or GI iron plate and so on by using an aluminum tape; inserting the manufactured heating panel into the mold; foaming the mold by injecting a foaming agent such as urethane into the mold after bonding and sealing the mold; separating the mold with a foamed bed mattress frame; and finishing the bed mattress frame.
