Provided is a method for manufacturing construction materials from waste synthetic resin, which recycles waste synthetic resin and selectively produces eco-friendly products by selecting additives according to property or usage of a sample. The method for manufacturing construction materials from waste synthetic resin consists of the steps of: melting waste synthetic resin like PVC, PS, ABS, PU, PP, PE, and so on in a batch process; analyzing its ingredients in a lot unit; making pellets; and mixing 45-48wt% of the synthetic resin pellets, 10wt% of sawdust having a mesh size of 50-100, 30wt% of quartz porphyry powder, 4.5wt% of zeolite powder, 4.5wt% of heat resistant materials, 2wt% of vesicants, and 1-4wt% of a plasticizer or a hardener to be injected or pressed.
