A system controlling a two-way power transmission device and a vehicle control method are provided to improve an adjusting function of a front wheel driving vehicle by regulating torques independently, that is, asymmetrically transferred to two rear axles and two wheels of the vehicle. A vehicle-yawing controlling device comprises a rear axle assembly(36) composed of a pair of clutches independently movable for driving a pair of rear axles(38) and a rear tires-wheels assembly(40); a plurality of speed sensors(56,58,60,62) for detecting speeds of plural tires-wheels assembly(28,40); a steering angle sensor(52); a side acceleration sensor(65); a yawing rate sensor(65); and a microprocessor(50) receiving signals from the sensors, providing a first and a second independent signals for operating the two clutches, and including sensing means detecting left turn/right turn over-steers and left turn/right turn under-steers. |
