Control circuit (1) for a starter-motor relay (2) has a switching arrangement (T), especially an FET, first and second logic circuits or NAND gates (N1, N2) and NAND gates (N3, N4) acting as memories, whereby if a predetermining supply voltage is undershot at a calculation unit, resulting in generation of a reset signal, the activated state of a starter-motor relay is maintained.
