PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new fluorene derivative having a high electron-transporting property and without forming an intermolecular complex with a light-emitting layer, an electron-transporting material and electron-injecting material consisting of the same and an organic electroluminescent element by using the same. SOLUTION: This fluorene derivative is expressed by general formula (I) [wherein, R1, R2are each an alkyl, a benzyl group which may have a substituent or an aryl which may have a substituent; R3is a group selected from the group consisting of quinolyl, isoquinolyl, cinnolyl, quinoxalyl and benzopyrimidyl groups; and R4to R7are each independently selected from the group consisting of H and an alkyl].
