A task information management system and a method thereof are provided to collect and manage working processing time and working loads of plural processes in real time to perform customer opening affairs efficiently, thereby confirming task delay, task congestion, and abnormal status, consequently the processes are improved. An application server(300) manages operation about a plurality of processes for performing order received from a plurality of stations. A task information management apparatus(220) periodically collects process work status information according to specific task execution from the application server, and classifies the status information according to each period and each order to generate first order task processing status information and first period task processing status information. A task information database(240) stores the first period task processing status information and the first order task processing status information, and inquires about the stored information according to a request of a GUI(Graphical User Interface) apparatus to provide the inquired information. |
