A construction method of a vegetative revetment structure is provided to perform construction work simply and economically, and to construct an environment-friendly vegetative revetment structure of a river by reinforcing and planting a slope of a riverside simultaneously. A construction method of a vegetative revetment structure, for stabilizing and planting a slope of a riverbank simultaneously, comprises the steps of leveling a slope and forming a fixing groove in an incline of the slope, spreading rice straw on the top of the leveled slope to the thickness of over 5mm, installing a vegetative mat for the growth of plants on the upper part of the rice straw, installing a wire screen on the upper part of the vegetative mat, and installing stone or a fixing block to make two ends of the wire screen to be inserted to the fixing groove and fixed to the slope. |
