PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulley structure enabling to quickly decaying a rotating fluctuation which occurs in a rotor, without using a rubber elastic material. SOLUTION: The pulley structure 1 comprises a pulley 2 on which a belt 106 is wound, a hub 3 rotatable relative to the pulley 2, four first magnets 17 provided on the pulley 2, and second magnets 18 provided on the hub 3 in opposition to the first magnets 17. Thus, when a rotating fluctuation occurs in the hub 3, magnetic force working between each first magnet 17 and each second magnet 18 gives torque between the pulley 2 and the hub 3 to eliminate a rotating speed difference therebetween.
