PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste heat utilization device for internal combustion engine, whose energy recovery efficiency can be surely improved by precisely controlling a heating amount of a working fluid. SOLUTION: A Rankne cycle (8) includes a first regenerator (32) which heats a working fluid inflowing to an evaporator (10) by using a working fluid allowed to outflow from an expander (20) and a second regenerator (34) which heats a working fluid allowed to outflow from the evaporator by using the working fluid allowed to outflow from the expander.
