PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plasma supply device of an engine preventing ozone remaining in an intake passage from leaking to a vehicle outside during engine stop. SOLUTION: This plasma supply device is provided with a plasma supply path converting intake air to plasma air through a plasma generator and supplying the same to an intake air passage K to the engine E, and is provided with a shut-off device 100 closing a section at an upstream side of a supply port 76 of the plasma air from the plasma supply path in the intake air passage K and a section at an upstream side of the plasma generator in the plasma supply path during stop of the engine E.
