PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combination of a detector and a detected implement capable of retaining a great deal of information in the detected implement. SOLUTION: In the detector 7, a magnetic reader 8 for reading information of a magnet embedded plate 3 and a tag reader 9 for reading information of an IC tag 6 are integrally formed in a case 10 magnetically shielded, a magnet insertion inlet 11 for inserting the magnet embedded plate 3 and an IC tag insertion inlet 12 for inserting the IC tag 6 are opened in the front of the case 10, and an alarm 13 for notifying whether or not the inserted magnet embedded plate 3 or the IC tag 6 are normally read out is arranged at an upper face of the case 10. In the detected implement 1, the magnet embedded plate 3 for embedding a plurality of magnets 2 and the IC tag 6 for embedding an IC 4 and an antenna 5 are formed at an opposite location.
