PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotor for a motor and the motor, reducing vibration or a noise.SOLUTION: A motor the is formed by a plurality of plate-like steel plates laminated in a direction of an axial line L1 of a rotational axis 2, and has a cylinder shape as a center of the axial line L1, comprises: a lamination core 4 to which a plurality of magnetic insertion grooves 7 for penetrating the cylinder shape in the direction of axial line L1 are formed in a circumferential direction; a permanent magnet 9 which is inserted to each of magnetic insertion grooves 7; a pair of end plates 10 each of which is laminated to both end surface of the direction of axial line L1 of the lamination core 4, and which blocks the magnetic insertion grooves 7; and a pressing part 11 which restricts the permanent magnet 9 in the direction of axial line L1 by pressing the permanent magnet 9 in the direction of axial line L1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8 |
