PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skew adjustment circuit capable of adjusting skew between polyphase clocks with high accuracy, in a semiconductor integrated circuit operating at a very high speed.SOLUTION: A skew adjustment circuit includes a phase adjustment circuit for adjusting the phase of a first input clock, based on a predetermined phase control signal, and outputting an output clock, an AND circuit for calculating the logical product between inputted signals, an integration circuit generating a predetermined voltage signal, based on the arithmetic results from the AND circuit, a comparison circuit for comparing the potential of the predetermined voltage signal and the potential of a predetermined reference voltage signal, a first control circuit generating a predetermined phase control signal, based on the comparison results from the comparison circuit, and a second control circuit performing control for selecting a signal to be inputted to the AND circuit. The second control circuit controls so that the output clock and second input clock are selected in the first mode.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
