A method and device for control of speed-up activation of an execution unit electromagnet relates to pulse technique. According to the method, control is realized in four stages with using one power source. At the first stage of inflation, reservoir capacitor is charged to increased voltage using current pulses of increased frequency. Stabilization of average current is realized at the stage of holding current, but lower than current of armature draw. This increased voltage of reservoir capacitor is hold at preset level using interrupt of accumulation in response to a voltage feedback signal. At the second stage of speedup, in response to a control signal, electromagnet winding is connected to reservoir capacitor for the time sufficient to armature draw, speedup average current, which many times exceeds current for armature draw, is held at preset level using pulse stabilization. At the third stage of holding, average holding current, which exceeds armature drop current and flows from a power source, is held at preset level using pulse stabilization during the time of signal entry. At the fourth stage of pause, electromagnet winding is disconnected out of the power source for the time necessary for returning armature to initial position. An electronic switch comprises two electronic key, electromagnet winding of the execution unit, two limiters of pulse duration, three invertors, 2OR-NOT element, 2AND elements, seven diodes, two capacitors and seven resistances. The method and the device provides reliability growth and reduction of energy consumption that results in extending field of application. |
