An organic light emitting diode display device is provided to maintain a stable electrical connection between the organic light emitting diode device and a thin film transistor arranged in two substrates by using the electrode with a hygroscopic material and a conductive material with low oxidation. An organic light emitting diode display device includes a first electrode(110), an organic light emitting layer(120), a second electrode(130), an auxiliary second electrode(140), and a getter second electrode(150). The first electrode is arranged on a first substrate(100). The organic light emitting layer is arranged on the first electrode. The second electrode is arranged on the organic light emitting layer. The auxiliary second electrode is arranged on the second electrode. The getter second electrode is arranged on the auxiliary second electrode and removes one of moisture and oxygen. |
