The present invention provides a parking release device and a parking release method for an electronic transmission system. The parking release device comprises a housing, a control cable and a control cable drive unit. The housing is installed on one side of a transmission. The control cable has a linear shape and has one end fixed to the housing and the other end connected to a shifting control lever of the transmission. The control cable drive unit is installed in the housing and is configured to push or pull the control cable. The control cable connected to the shifting control lever of the transmission in the parking release device installed on one side of the transmission is pushed or is pulled through a pushing device or a pulling device to generate stroke in the control cable, thereby controlling the shifting control lever. According to the present invention, operation noise can be reduced. |
