Disclosed is a control method of a fuel cell system. The control method of a fuel cell system according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of: detecting voltage of a fuel cell stack, when stopping fuel cell power generation while running a fuel cell vehicle; and adjusting hydrogen supply pressure of an anode side depending on a size change of the detected voltage.
