The present invention relates to an apparatus to measure deformation and abrasion of a roll capable of deformation and abrasion generated in the roll of a continuous casting machine. The apparatus to measure deformation and abrasion of a roll comprises: a roll supporting unit supporting the roll to be able to rotate; a roll rotation device rotating the roll supported by the roll supporting unit; a plurality of non-contact sensors installed to be spaced apart from the roll at a predetermined distance, measuring distances to a plurality of portions of the roll; and a data treating unit receiving a sensing value of the roll by the rotation angle from the non-contact sensor in accordance with the rotation of the roll, and calculating the deformation and abrasion data for each portion of the roll by treating the sensing value. |
