The present invention, with respect to a meat roaster, comprises: a body formed into the shape of a rectangular plate and wherein an edge part with a L-shaped cutting plane is formed along an edge and handles are formed on each upper center of the front, the back, the left, and the right side of the edge part and guiding grooves are formed along an inner lower portion of the edge part, and a discharge hole is formed on the other side of the guiding grooves; an egg frying means formed on one side within the body with a U-shaped cutting plane; a plurality of first pre-roasting means formed on each body of the front and the rear of the egg frying means to slope downward toward the outside so as to pre-roast meat; a roasting means of which the upper side is formed to slope downward from one side to the other side by protruding from the center of the body and having a plurality of second thru holes on the upper side; a second pre-roasting means of which the inclined portion is extended from the roasting means to slope downward and having a plurality of cylindrical insertion protrusions formed and extended from an upper end of the inclined portion in order to pre-roast entrails; and an extended part formed and extended from the inclined portion of the second pre-roasting means to slope downward in order to roast kimchi or various kinds of vegetables. |
