CAMERA MODULE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

A camera module and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to shorten manufacturing processes by separating the camera module after arranging a camera module composite at a substrate. A camera module comprises: a substrate(101) in which a circuit pattern is formed on an upper side; an image sensor(102) located on the top of the substrate; a bonding wire(103) electrically connecting the circuit pattern and the image sensor; a combining member(104) formed in order to cover the bonding wire; and a lens assembly(110) making an image in the image sensor with light coming from outside and combining with the combining member.
