An FFS array substrate (10) comprises a base substrate (11), a first metal layer, a first insulation layer (13), a second metal layer, a second insulation layer (15), a common electrode layer, a third insulation layer (17), and a transparent electrode layer. The common electrode layer comprises a common electrode wire (162) and a transparent common electrode (161). The resistivity of the common electrode wire (162) is smaller than that of the transparent common electrode (161). The FFS array substrate (10) ensures the stability of the potential on the common electrode, and improves the display effect of a corresponding liquid crystal display device. |
