An ore sorting system comprising a roller press, a flow-stabilizing chamber, an air classifier system, a powered screening system, and a dry-air magnetic separation system. The magnetic separation system also comprises a support frame arranged on a base surface. The support frame is divided into four levels from the base surface upwards, where level one to level four run successively from the bottom level to the top level. The roller press is arranged at level one of the support frame, the flow-stabilizing chamber is arranged at level two of the support frame, the air classifier system is arranged at level three of the support frame, the powered screening system is arranged at level four of the support frame, and the dry-air magnetic separation system is arranged at levels one, two and/or three of the support frame. By designing the ore sorting system into an arrangement of a "storied building," the footprint of the ore sorting system is reduced to the greatest extent possible and investment costs and construction costs for civil engineering foundation also are reduced. |
