Provided are: a urethane (meth)acrylate resin for which resin viscosity is low, which has excellent moldability into sheet moldings, particularly optical sheets in which minute protruding and recessed shapes are formed on the surface, and which can manifest a high refractive index; a curable resin composition having same as an essential component; a cured product thereof; and a plastic lens. The present invention is: a urethane (meth)acrylate resin characterized in being obtained by reacting (a) an aromatic diisocyanate compound, (b) an ethylene oxide-added diol of bisphenol with three or more aromatic rings or alicyclic structures in a single molecule, and (c) a hydroxyl group-containing (meth)acrylate compound as essential starting components; a curable resin composition having same as the main component; and a cured product thereof.
