摘要 The present invention increases the accuracy of detecting a touch location on a touch panel in which lead-out lines connected to electrodes used to detect the touch location are disposed in a region in which touch locations can be detected. The touch panel according to the present invention is provided with: a substrate; groups of electrode pairs, arranged adjacent to one another in a predetermined direction on the substrate; a terminal part that is located on the substrate and is disposed closer to one of the two opposing edges of the substrate that face each other in the predetermined direction, than are the groups of electrode pairs; groups of lead-out lines that are disposed on the substrate and that electrically connect the groups of electrode pairs to the terminal part; and a control unit that is electrically connected to the terminal part, supplies signals to the groups of electrode pairs via the groups of lead-out lines, and detects charge variations from each electrode pair. The control unit includes a preliminarily determining unit and a correction unit. The preliminarily determining unit preliminarily determines a touch location on the basis of the charge variations. By using correction parameters set for the electrode pair at the preliminarily determined touch location, the correction unit corrects the charge variations detected from the electrode pairs, from among the groups of electrode pairs, that are located further from the terminal part than is the electrode pair at the preliminarily determined touch location.
