The present invention relates to a sound absorbing panel for a heating pipe, which is made to make it easier to perform piping for heating in a building and to efficiently prevent noise between floors, and a manufacturing method thereof. According to the present invention, the sound absorbing pipe comprises: a top panel; and a vibrating panel combined with the bottom of the top panel. The top panel includes sawdust or wood flour. The top panels top surface comprises: a first piping line formed in a first direction; a second piping line formed at right angles to the first piping line; and a third piping line to connect the first piping line and the second piping line and to be formed in the shape of a circular arc. The vibrating panel comprises: a first panel having a plurality of first grooves on one side surface; a second panel combined with the first panel through a vibrating film to have a second groove in the same size and shape as the first groove in a position corresponding to the first groove; and a vibration film between the first panel and the second panel. |
