The present invention relates to a stator assembly for a motor, which may comprise: a stator core (100) which has a plurality of teeth (130) on which a stator coil (150) is wound; a first insulator (200) combined with one side of the stator core (100) to insulate the teeth from another teeth (130) nearby; a second insulator (300) combined with the other side of the stator core (100) to insulate the teeth (130) from another teeth (130) nearby; and a three-phase terminal (500) inserted into between the stator core (100) and the second insulator (300) to have its part protrude to the outside of the second insulator (300) and to be electrically connected to an inverter. According to the present invention, since the three-phase terminal is assembled in between the insulators, it is possible to prevent the three-phase terminal from breaking away and being damaged and to improve the insulation effects and assembly of the three-phase terminal. In addition, it is possible to reduce the length of the stator assembly in an axial direction.
