Disclosed is a group service data receiving method addressing a problem in the prior art of a large power consumption when a terminal equipment (TE) receives group service data. The method comprises: receiving, by the TE, group configuration information transmitted by a network device; determining, according to a discontinuous reception parameter in the group configuration information, an activation time; and receiving, by the TE and at the determined activation time, the group service data.
