摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promptly detect the leakage of hydrogen and to enhance safety in a device treating hydrogen. <P>SOLUTION: Fuel cell equipment 10 stores hydrogen to be fed as fuel gas to a fuel cell 30 in a hydrogen cylinder 20. The hydrogen stored in the hydrogen cylinder 20 comprises a sulfur compound as an odorant at prescribed concentration. The hydrogen comprising the odorant is desulfurized in a deodorization part 28 prior to its feed to the fuel cell 30. When hydrogen is leaked in the flow passage of hydrogen from the hydrogen cylinder 20 to the deodorization part 28, the leakage of hydrogen can be sensed by the odor of the odorant comprised in hydrogen. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
